Chicken and broccoli casserole

3 c cooked chicken (or all meat from a bbq chicken)
1kg partially cooked (steamed) broccoli
1 c low fat mayo.
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 c grated cheese
Bread crumbs for top

Method:
Lay par-cooked broccoli on base of baking dish. Mix together all remaining ingredients other than bread crumbs. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 170 for 45 mins. Serve with rice or on its own with vegetables or salad.
